School Two Hours Delayed, Friday Dec. 12

Due to local flooding and road conditions, Lynden Schools will operate on a two-hour delay for Friday, Dec. 12, 2025. 

• All out of district transportation is cancelled.

• Morning preschool is cancelled.

• Morning Community Transitions is cancelled.

We will continue to monitor conditions and communicate updates as necessary. Families are encouraged to continue checking the district’s social media pages, website, and ParentSquare notifications.

*For Lynden Academy only, this is an additional hour delay beyond the normal Friday one-hour late start, resulting in a start time of 10:30am. All other schools will start two hours later than their normal start time.
