The Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) group spends four years of high school on a rigorous path toward graduation and this year\u2019s group ended high school with a higher-than-average GPA and attendance rate. A nationwide program offered at Lynden, students apply to join the class that places a focus on helping them develop the skills, strategies and mindset to achieve in their post-high school education path.
