And they showed they were well-versed in their subject areas, earning multiple state placements across categories and grabbing a first place in state in Agriculture Communications.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The convention, held in Kennewick, saw six teams place in the top-seven in state. Along with the winning Agriculture Communications team, Lynden&#8217;s Marketing teams placed second and fifth, Ag Issues was fifth, Parliamentary Procedure sixth and Veterinary Science seventh.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional teams competing at state included another Parliamentary Procedure team, a Conduct of Chapter Meetings team, Farm Business Management and Dairy Quality.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brooklyn Hallberg earned fourth in state in Prepared Public Speaking.
