Every year, though, she values the opportunity, knowing just how special of a place Bernice Vossbeck is for her and her students.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before coming to Lynden, Peach taught at five different schools in the Kent and Issaquah school districts. \u201cBVE has truly been my favorite,\u201d she says. \u201cThe staff is so warm and welcoming. It really is a special place.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the past decade, Peach has taught classrooms covering first through fourth grades. She\u2019s currently teaching second grade after looping up one grade with last year\u2019s first graders. \u201cIt has been such a joy to see the tremendous growth they\u2019ve made,\u201d she says about the opportunity to stick with the same students for two straight years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Getting to Know Anne Marie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outside of school, Peach enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family and friends.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This post is part of the Lynden Schools Staff Spotlight series Anne Marie Peach has taught multiple grades at Bernice Vossbeck Elementary School over the past decade.
