Basic coding activities and adventures great for grades 3-5. 
No login required this is a free site, choose the Learn tab and choose from one of many “Hour of Code” activities.

Common Sense Media

A valuable resource for students and parents containing many options for learning opportunities and digital citizenship.

Khan Academy

A valuable site for students to explore all subject matter. For specific student access please contact your teacher for student login. Or create your own at home account for free!

Splash Learn (formerly Splash Math)

An excellent free resource for Math Skills and K-2 have an ELA option as well. While our K-5th grade students at Isom have a student login, it is not licensed for home use. You can however join as a parent for free and create your own login and set up a class from home. Set up is super easy!

Star Renaissance (Accelerated Reader)
For student access please contact your teacher. This site would be more specific to teacher led instruction and/or assessments.

Epic

This is great for online reading and for books to be read aloud. It is specific to Lexile level, or age, and you can choose any books available. Individual teachers have class codes for their class, but parents can also sign up for a free account for their children.
